Lisa Gould, Broker Associate & Team Leader

After 22+ successful years in the real estate industry, Lisa merged her boutique real estate brokerage with Keller Williams Winter Park in 2012. She began her professional career in large account marketing with IBM and transitioned to the real estate industry in 1990. After a successful start as a top producing agent, she was recruited into management for several companies including Signature Better Homes & Gardens, Signature GMAC Real Estate and Old Town Brokers/CondoHQ/CitiSpace Commercial. Lisa and her family are long time Winter Park residents and active members of the community.


Lois Janofsky, Transaction Coordinator & Administration Manager

Lois has 30 years of administrative and accounting experience serving the real estate industry in both residential and commercial property services as well as in the hospitality industry. As a lifelong resident of Orlando and graduate of the University of Florida, she brings an extensive knowledge of the local market. Her strong attention to detail, focus on accuracy and technical expertise brings a structure and focus to the Gould+ Team. She has extensive training in the technology systems utilized in our business. She keeps the process running smoothly for our agents and our clients.


Angela Robinson, Realtor® & Listing Specialist

Angela began her real estate career with Gould+ 10 years ago in Winter Park. In that time, she has earned professional designations including CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), FL Gold Key and helped many families to market their homes to obtain the highest possible price. She is also certified by Keller Williams as a Global Property Specialist and participates in the team’s KW Luxury Marketing Systems. She is well known in our community as an outstanding tennis professional and for her 20-year career with a global non-profit. She brings this dedication and experience to bear in her role as Team Listing Specialist.


Lynnette Davidson, Realtor® & Buyer Specialist

Lynnette has lived, worked, and served in the central Florida area for over 25 years. In addition to previous experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, she has volunteered in the community, the church, and the State of Florida foster care system. In those intervening years she has guided her family through a dozen home purchases. As Gould+ Buyer Specialist, she is uniquely skilled at helping families to relocate and find their next home. She brings empathy, wisdom and experience to the home buying process, helping many Central Florida families to find both primary residences and investment properties.


Jenn Fowler, Realtor® & Buyer Specialist

Jennifer was born and raised in St. Paul, MN and has lived, worked and served in Central Florida for 20 years. She has 20+ years experience in sales/marketing and is committed to helping her clients find their forever homes. As the Director of Marketing and Communications at Orangewood Christian School, Jenn was able to build strong relationships with students, families, staff, and vendors. She entered the Real Estate world to expand her business and marketing knowledge of Central Florida area and help people accomplish homeownership. After using Gould+ to purchase her own home she knew this was the team that would allow her to pursue those goals. 


Vicki Zechman, Realtor & Team Agent

Vicki and her husband moved to Central Florida 30+ years ago. During that time, she had successful careers as a paralegal and then as a sales representative for a fortune 500 company. After a break to raise her children and volunteer for non-profit organizations, Vicki decided to combine her research and legal skills with her sales and marketing talent to launch a career in real estate. She used Gould+ for a few of her personal real estate transactions and was impressed with their professionalism and outstanding client service and was thrilled to have the opportunity to join their dynamic team. Vicki’s passion is exceeding her clients’ expectations.


Kristina C. Zelik, Marketing and Listing Manager

Kristina is a Central Florida native, who previously lived, worked, and attended college in the Charlotte, NC area before returning to Central Florida in early 2019. She began her real estate career in 2017 as a Licensed Property Manager in South Carolina, after 13 years in Operations, Compliance, Internal Audits, and International Business relations within the Global Background Screening industry. While maintaining her license in South Carolina, she also holds a Florida Real Estate License and Florida Community Association Manager License. Her degree in Management and experience in Property Management have afforded her the knowledge, skills and understanding of real estate and business to add an innovative approach with continued Marketing and Listing support to the Gould+ Team.
