Gould+ founder, Lisa Gould, brings over 33 years of experience in real estate to the table. Lisa began her journey in 1990, transitioning from large account marketing with IBM to become a top-producing agent. Her success in this role led to recruitment into management positions in several companies, including Signature Better Homes & Gardens, Signature GMAC Real Estate, and Old Town Brokers/CondoHQ/CitiSpace Commercial. In 2012, Lisa merged her boutique real estate brokerage with Keller Williams Winter Park, aiming to elevate her business to the next level. Since then, her team has achieved Platinum and Double Platinum Producer status, earning recognition for their accomplishments. Lisa has been featured in Orlando Business Journal and Orlando Real Producers Magazine, standing out for her expertise, experience, and cheerful, professional approach. As a longtime Winter Park resident and an active member of her community, Lisa's deep understanding of the real estate industry has allowed her to create a thriving business that consistently raises the bar for its clients.
Lois Janofsky, Director of Operations
Lois has 30 years of administrative and accounting experience serving the real estate industry in both residential and commercial property services as well as in the hospitality industry. As a lifelong resident of Orlando and graduate of the University of Florida, she brings an extensive knowledge of the local market. Her strong attention to detail, focus on accuracy and technical expertise brings a structure and focus to the Gould+ Team. She has extensive training in the technology systems utilized in our business. She keeps the process running smoothly for our agents and our clients.
George Reeter, Marketing & Listing Manager
George was born in Winter Park and grew up in Maitland. He has a passion for going above and beyond and providing diligent and kind client services. He is proud to make his entry into the real estate business by joining the Gould+ Team in serving the real estate needs of this community. He has had a passion for entrepreneurship from the beginning, and started his first business at age thirteen mowing lawns! His hobbies include painting, exercise, enjoying the beach, and seeking out culinary delights in local restaurants.

Angela began her real estate career with Gould+ 10 years ago in Winter Park. In that time she has earned professional designations including CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), SRS - National Seller Representative Specialist, certified Keller Williams Global Property and Luxury Property Team Specialist, and Gold Key Certification. She has helped many families to market their homes in order to obtain the highest possible price in changing markets. Featured in the 2021 issue of Orlando Style Magazine as one of the outstanding women of the year, Angela is well known in our community as an outstanding tennis professional and for her 20 year career with a global non-profit. She brings this dedication and experience to bear in her role as the team’s Senior Listing Specialist.

Vicki and her husband moved to Central Florida 30+ years ago. During that time, she had successful careers as a paralegal and then as a sales representative for a fortune 500 company. After a break to raise her children and volunteer for non-profit organizations, Vicki decided to combine her research and legal skills with her sales and marketing talent to launch a career in real estate.
